Thank you for your interest in Vought Water Gardens. Established in 1993, we have enjoyed our reputation as Decatur’s premiere residential design build landscape firm. Through the years, we have narrowed our focus and are now dedicated exclusively to building water features. Through continued training and innovation, our staff is fully qualified to create a paradise for you.

We are a small company, committed to remaining small. By having fewer employees and lower overhead, we are able to give your project our full attention. From design concept and construction to follow up service, we will guide you in making the right decisions to protect and enhance the value and beauty of your property. My name stands behind every project. I look forward to serving you soon.

We are determined to be there for you whenever you need anything for your water feature. We will design the feature that's right for you, your property and your lifestyle. We will install your feature with skill and attention to detail as quickly as possible. Most features take less than a week. Some can even be installed in a single day! An amazing little tidbit considering the lasting impact your new water feature will have on your lifestyle! We carry all the supplies you need and can arrange to deliver them or ship them to you.

Vought Water Gardens has worked hard to become the premier pond builder in the region. Although we maintain certification as Alabama Certified Nursery Professionals, Certified Irrigation Contractors, landscape designers, and Certified Storm Water Managers, we have narrowed our practice to just ponds and water gardens. We build ponds of all sizes from 4' x 6' to four acres.

Nationally, Vought Water Gardens is ranked in the top two hundred out of more than sixty thousand contractors and has built projects from California to Florida and Chicago.

Vought Water Gardens was the first in the nation to become certified as Aquascape contractors. Lee Vought does many television shows and teaches numerous seminars across the country to both homeowners and contractors. Vought has numerous articles published in national and regional publications.

In most circles, we're considered to be the source to go to when the project must be done right.
